Dr. Rybak is professional, patient and reassuring throughout the whole experience. He took the time to explain the procedure which eased me because I was so nervous and scared. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being much better than I expected thanks to Dr. Rybak. Eric, the front staff was also friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs dental treatment, especially if you’re feeling anxious about getting a root canal.

I don’t think anyone is mentally prepared to for the news that a root canal is the only solution to address their major tooth pain. I personally was extremely distressed and apprehensive. I did a ton of research once I heard my diagnosis and after much reassurance and encouragement from my general dentist in Bayside I trusted his advice to consult with Great Neck Endodontics. One of main concerns was not simply pain relief but to have the ability to save my tooth. Dr Rybak was understanding at my consultation but also honest and detailed with the expectations. He made no wild unrealistic promises. His office was super clean with up to date equipment, the staff was friendly and professional which made me more relaxed. After just 2 visits Dr Rybak got rid of the tooth infection I wasn’t even aware of, then did the root canal so well I felt no pain during the procedure. He saved my tooth! I honestly can’t say enough positive things about Dr Rybak. He is a skilled dental specialist with a wonderful personality, or maybe I should call it a bedside manner, he put me at ease during this very stressful experience. Dr. Rybak was excellent throughout my root canal treatment, which required two visits due to the complexity of the case. I have dental anxiety from a past experience, but he immediately made me feel calm and comfortable by explaining everything every step of the way. I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism, especially his follow-up call the next day to check on me. Eric at the front desk was also wonderful and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Rybak and his team!

I needed an emergency root canal, but my dentist had no availability. I’m so glad I found Dr. Rybak and his assistant, Eric. They explained everything clearly, including the procedure and cost upfront. Dr. Rybak was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable, and made me feel confident throughout the process. Great experience, especially in an urgent situation. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ryback is a highly professional, knowledgeable, and passionate endodontist. I took my 8 year old son to him for root canals, and he did a splendid job, while other doctors suggested to pull out the teeth. He took his time and made sure the process was safe for my son, putting the patient first. He also calls back after every visit to know how the patient is doing. My son even went as far as looking forward to the appointments rather than dreading it like he always does, symbolizing the great experience as a patient. Dr. Ryback is highly recommended.
